Can you combine a TV career with children?
A big question with what we’re sure will be a vast variation of answers!
We wish this was a simple ‘yes’ answer but what about the thousands of parents and carers who’ve been forced to leave the industry because they were unable to manage the juggle? Is the industry becoming more accommodating for parents? Has COVID shown that there is a new way of working in TV? Is job-sharing the answer?
